Add an option to save converted file in source folder

A number of converters offer this as a check box on the main GUI. It's very convenient.

Add variable bit rate option for mp3 output

This is a good convertor; the best ones include VBR for mp3 output for full flexibility.

Be able to convert .avi, .mp4 etc. formats to GIF format.

Only thing this program is lacking. Add that and it is golden.
